Membership dues will be prorated based on sign-up date, with membership rates re-ocurring on the first of the month, each month until your membership is placed on hold or you decide to cancel with a 30 day notice.

Domain charges a $50 enrollment fee. On the anniversary of your membership, an annual maintenance fee of $35 will be charged.

Yes, we are proud to have speciality rates for students, teachers, seniors, first responders, and veterans.

All of our memberships are month to month, with no fee to cancel. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice - in person and take 30 days to process. Cancellations may not be made via phone or e-mail. Members are responsible for any dues incurred within the 30 day processing period.

The response also needs to be updated: Personal Training packages are not included in membership. Our packages are built based on desired frequency, number of participants in a training group, and the personal trainer. We have a number of options to fit every need and to ensure you hit your goals!
